Skirt steak




If you haven't tried skirt steak, you should. Because it is delicious! I got mine on sale and used it for fajitas. I marinated it in olive oil, lime juice and fajita seasoning and then grilled it on high and it was devine. MAKE SURE that you cut it against the grain, NOT with the grain, or it is super tough. (Sorry if the pic is gross, I think it is yummy)
