Pesto Meatballs

1.5 lbs of ground beef (I used grass fed organic)
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt and pepper
1/3 (ish) cup prepared pesto

mix it all together and make meatballs
I make mine super small so that they cook quick and have lots of crispy sides
I cooked mine in olive oil in a pan and then finished them in the oven
