This particular manifestation of Ugly Salad is not to ugly.
It is - Tomatoes, Avocado, and Mango (equal parts) with salt and pepper and olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
It was named "ugly salad" by my hubby because if you make it a mixed salad of chunks and your avocados are super ripe they mush into a brown slime with the balsamic vinegar. Just as delicious, but kinda ugly.
